09/07/2026 Job Description Job Description We are seeking a friendly and enthusiastic Dental Patient and Treatment Coordinator to become a part of our dental team! Prior experience in the dental field is preferred. Competitive salary offered based on experience.
Responsibilities:
Experience with patient treatment presentations and insurance providers is preferred. Scheduling appointments. Ensure that patient appointments, cancellations and last-minute adjustments are handled properly. Entering treatment plans. Managing Patient flow throughout the day. Respond efficiently to patient needs and inquiries and ensure patient satisfaction; resolve patient issues in accordance with company policies and procedures, healthcare regulations and dental board standards. Checking patients in/out. Collection with CoPays and Patient Responsibilities. The ideal candidate will be organized, reliable, motivated and a responsible individual. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are important along with strong computer skills. We hope any candidate will be positive, energetic and a professional team player.
