Job Description
Position Overview Growing organization is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Clinical Operations Coordinator to support day-to-day coordination between clinical staff, clients, provider offices, and operational teams. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can manage multiple priorities simultaneously, and is comfortable handling time-sensitive communication, documentation workflows, and staff coordination. Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate communication between clinical staff, clients, providers, and internal departments
- Track and follow up on required clinical documentation
- Monitor completion of documentation and ensure timely submission
- Support scheduling coordination and staffing coverage for client services
- Communicate with external partners regarding documentation, service coordination, and operational updates
- Review records for completeness and escalate missing or incomplete items appropriately
- Assist with onboarding coordination and staff documentation tracking
- Maintain accurate internal documentation and workflow updates
- Support billing readiness by ensuring required documentation is complete
- Help resolve day-to-day operational issues in a timely and professional manner
- Work closely with leadership on workflow improvement and coordination initiatives
Qualifications Required:
- 2+ years of healthcare coordination / healthcare operations experience
- Strong administrative and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Experience managing multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to follow through independently
- Professional communication skills with staff and external partners
- Experience with EMR/EHR systems
- Microsoft Office / Outlook proficiency
Preferred:
- Home care / healthcare coordination experience
- Scheduling or staffing coordination experience
- Documentation review / quality assurance experience
- Experience working with provider offices or healthcare vendors
