Job Description

Position Overview Growing organization is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Clinical Operations Coordinator to support day-to-day coordination between clinical staff, clients, provider offices, and operational teams. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can manage multiple priorities simultaneously, and is comfortable handling time-sensitive communication, documentation workflows, and staff coordination. Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate communication between clinical staff, clients, providers, and internal departments
  • Track and follow up on required clinical documentation
  • Monitor completion of documentation and ensure timely submission
  • Support scheduling coordination and staffing coverage for client services
  • Communicate with external partners regarding documentation, service coordination, and operational updates
  • Review records for completeness and escalate missing or incomplete items appropriately
  • Assist with onboarding coordination and staff documentation tracking
  • Maintain accurate internal documentation and workflow updates
  • Support billing readiness by ensuring required documentation is complete
  • Help resolve day-to-day operational issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Work closely with leadership on workflow improvement and coordination initiatives
Qualifications Required:
  • 2+ years of healthcare coordination / healthcare operations experience
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Experience managing multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to follow through independently
  • Professional communication skills with staff and external partners
  • Experience with EMR/EHR systems
  • Microsoft Office / Outlook proficiency
Preferred:
  • Home care / healthcare coordination experience
  • Scheduling or staffing coordination experience
  • Documentation review / quality assurance experience
  • Experience working with provider offices or healthcare vendors
