This Isn't Just a Front Desk Job; It's a Critical Role in Patient Care, Practice Flow, and Helping People Feel Seen and Supported. Whether a patient is calling for the first time or checking in for their tenth visit, you're the voice who makes them feel welcomed, remembered, and supported. At Sportscare Physical Therapy , that voice could be yours. We're looking for a Patient Care Coordinator who brings warmth, focus, and compassion to every interaction. Someone who doesn't just schedule appointments, but creates calm in the middle of a busy clinic. Someone who doesn't just answer phones, but becomes the reason patients stay consistent with their care and complete their treatment plan. This role isn't about punching the clock. It's about being the heartbeat of a clinic that believes in teamwork, communication, and helping people move and feel better. From that first nervous phone call to the final check-out, you'll guide patients through every step of their care experience. What You'll DoNew Patient Conversions & Scheduling Convert inquiries and referrals into scheduled evaluations Respond quickly and warmly to incoming phone and email leads Build and maintain a strong schedule that supports full plan-of-care completion Insurance & Financial Coordination Verify insurance benefits and obtain authorizations Clearly explain coverage, deductibles, and copays Collect payments professionally at check-in and check-out Case Management & Data Accuracy Enter and update patient information accurately in WebPT/Therabill Maintain organized electronic charts and documentation Send updates and documentation to referring providers when needed Front Office Operations Welcome and check in patients with warmth and professionalism Monitor the daily schedule and communicate with the clinical team throughout the day Follow up with patients to reduce cancellations and improve attendance Help support both the front desk and billing department Assist with vacation coverage and sick coverage as needed You're a Great Fit If You Have 1-2 years of front desk or medical office experience Communicate with clarity, kindness, and confidence , especially by phone Have experience with insurance verification, scheduling, and EMR systems Are comfortable multitasking in a busy clinic environment Know your way around WebPT/Therabill, Excel, and Word Enjoy problem solving and keeping systems organized Want a role that blends patient experience, teamwork, and clinic operations

Monday, Wednesday, Friday:
8 AM to 6PM Tuesday, Thursday:
8 AM to 1 PM Additional hours may be available Full-time or part-time options available We're not corporate. We're personal.
