Job Description

We are seeking a friendly, organized, and customer-focused experienced Patient Service Representative and Insurance Coordinator to join our dental team. This position is the first point of contact for our patients and plays a key role in creating a welcoming, positive experience while ensuring the efficient operation of the front office.
Responsibilities:
Greet patients and provide exceptional customer service. Answer incoming phone calls and respond to patient inquires. Schedule, confirm and manage patient appointments. Verify dental insurance eligibility and benefits. Processing financial transactions and insurance claims and prior authorizations. Reviewing treatment plans and financial arrangements.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in a dental office preferred. Knowledge of dental insurance and scheduling software is a plus. (Dentrix, Dental Intel) Attention to detail, strong computer and multitasking abilities. Professional, dependable, and team-oriented.

Job Type:
Full-time•Required 2 Saturday's a month ( every other) with Friday off if Saturday week.
Salary:
