Job Description
The Director of Health and Wellness is responsible for overseeing our fitness center, coordinating group exercise classes and community health programs, and supervision over the wellness team. This role requires developing and implementing programs and strategies that promote the health and well-being of our community. This role also requires strong leadership skills and a passion for health and wellness.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Physical Education, Kinesiology, or a Health and Wellness related field preferred Proven experience in wellness program development and management Strong leadership and organizational skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work collaboratively with diverse groups and individuals Knowledge of health and wellness trends, policies, and best practicesBenefits
