Job Description:

Education/Experience Minimum Required:

BSN and two years of home care experience as a community health nurse or a combination of education and experience equivalent to the aforementioned.

Preferred:

License/Certification Minimum Required:

License and current registration to practice as a registered professional nurse in New York State.
