ABOUT CUREMEDRX
At CureMedRx, we are a fast-growing independent pharmacy and DME company based in New Hyde Park, NY, focused on patient care, operational excellence, and building a strong team culture. We believe in teamwork, accountability, and creating real opportunities for our people to grow within the healthcare industry. Several members of our pharmacy staff started in this exact role — and paid training is provided from day one.
THE ROLE
This is a patient-facing, detail-driven position that blends customer service with accurate data entry. You will be the first point of contact for patients and providers — processing prescriptions, coordinating intake, and keeping our pharmacy running smoothly. We value reliability, teamwork, communication, and people who take ownership of their work.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Receive and process prescriptions from patients, doctors, and healthcare providers Enter prescription information accurately into pharmacy software systems Coordinate patient intake — collecting required information and documentation Provide friendly, professional service in person and over the phone Support pharmacy workflow, prescription processing, and daily operational tasks Maintain strict confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

REQUIREMENTS
High school diploma or GED Strong communication skills and customer service mindset Basic computer proficiency; Microsoft Office a plus Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Prior pharmacy or healthcare experience is a plus — not required
GROWTH & CAREER PATH

WHAT WE OFFER
$20-24/hr starting — higher based on experience and skills Paid training from day one Full-time day shift position. Standard schedule is Monday-Friday, with occasional Sunday coverage as needed. Clear growth path within the company Stable full-time schedule in a supportive team environment
Pay:
$20.00 - $28.00 per hour
