The Role As our City & Campaign Manager, you will be on the frontlines of the fight for reproductive rights in Manhattan. This dynamic role is a hybrid of leadership and direct community engagement. You will manage a team of fundraisers while personally leading Face-to-Face (FTF) outreach to mobilize support, secure critical funding, and educate diverse communities on vital healthcare messages. Your leadership will directly fuel Planned Parenthood's fight for every person's right to make decisions about their own body.

What You'll Do:

Build & Lead a

Team:

By being out with your team youll, train, and develop a team of fundraisers who engage with the public and secure sustaining donors for PPFA.

Drive Real Impact:

Set goals, track performance, and develop strategies to grow the movement and bring in critical funding. Take Action Daily (FTF Outreach): Serve as the face of our campaign, engaging with community members through lively, informative conversations about healthcare and campaign goals.

Manage Community Engagement:

Organize and participate in local events, street marketing, and community gatherings to maximize outreach impact.

Gather Data & Insights:

Collect data on public perceptions, feedback, and engagement levels to inform ongoing outreach strategies. Represent the

Utilize strong communication skills to deliver compelling public speaking presentations and branding messages that resonate, inspiring people to stand up for reproductive rights.

Starting Pay of $66,560 + based on experience.

Availability:

Full-time availability (Tuesday - Saturday). Experience in Fundraising for reoccuring donations 2 year min or comparable in kind
