Job Description
Medical Clinic Manager We are seeking a detailed-orientated Clinic Manager to oversee operations of our growing Comprehensive Pain Clinic. This position will manage daily clinic operations, oversee staff, patient services, and scheduling with providers to deliver exceptional patient care and a positive patient experience.
Key responsibilities include:
Managing day-to-day medical office operations. Coordinating and maintaining schedules for the providers, as well as general staff. Overseeing front-end administrative functions. Recruit, hire, train and supervise administrative and operational staff. Assisting with Human Resources tasks and maintaining organizational compliance policies. Collaborate with leadership and providers to improve systems, processes, and patient service delivery. Qualifications Associates Degree, LPN, or pertinent college level courses and 3 years related experience. Will consider equivalent combination of education and experience. Job Type Full Time. Monday- Friday 8:00 am
- 4:30 pm. Benefits Our benefits package includes health, dental and vision insurance, 401k eligibility for employer funding after 1 year (3% quarterly/5% annual on vesting schedule), tuition reimbursement, generous paid time off, including vacation and personal time, paid sick leave, holidays and floating holidays.
