Job Description

Patient Care Coordinator /Aide Needed for Outpatient Facility in NY! Theradynamics is proud to be recognized as one of the leading contract rehabilitative therapy companies in the Tri-State area. Patient Care Coordinator Duties and Responsibilities:
Scheduling for Therapy Answering phones calls and emails Filing / Printing medical records Ordering equipment invoices Typing medical reports Maintenance request Customer service / front desk Assist in tracking end of the month billing Tracking completion of therapy documentation Aide /
Patient Transporter Duties and Responsibilities:
Assist unit staff with transfer of residents/patients as necessary. Transports residents and patients to/from therapy treatment areas. Monitors residents and patients during exercise routines. Assists with set-up/clean-up of treatment areas. Assists with the cleaning and distribution of wheelchairs. Maintain equipment and make minor repairs. Assists with clerical duties (i.e., copying, faxing, filing, answering phones, etc.). Keeps work area neat and orderly. Maintains residents' and patients' safety during transport and while assisting in treatment area. Responds well to instructions and guidance, finds solutions to work related problems, and completes assignments independently, not requiring constant supervision. Attends and participates in required and

in-service educational programs, on the job training programs, etc. as directed and/or scheduled.
Job Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent You must be goal oriented self-motivated. Well-organized and detail oriented Exceptional communication and writing skills •All rates offered are based on position, years of applicable experience and employment type •Rate ranges shown include levels for per diems with no benefits and Independent Contractors
