Your Core Responsibilities:

As Associate Director of Health Services, you will: Lead and support a cohesive health services infrastructure aligned with agency goals. Supervise Senior RNs and indirectly oversee Residential and Day Services Nurses. Champion staff development, coaching, and succession planning. Ensure compliance with OPWDD regulations, agency policies, and federal laws. Collaborate with program directors to meet the health needs of individuals and families. Represent the agency in community health initiatives and professional organizations. Drive quality assurance and continuous improvement in health service delivery. Maintain a visible and supportive presence across nursing teams. Step into the Director of Health Services role when needed.

What You Bring:

NYS Registered Nurse Licensure Proven leadership in health services, preferably in intellectual/developmental disability settings Strong understanding of OPWDD regulations and compliance standards Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in hiring and team development Excellent communication, mentoring, and organizational skills Passion for mission-driven work and community impact
