We're seeking a Medical Coordinator to join our team and play an important role in supporting the health, well-being, and independence of the people we support.

Residential Locations in
Seneca County, NY Schedule:
Full-time, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM (with flexibility)
Pay Range:
$17.50 to $19.50 per hour Why Join Mozaic? What You'll Do As a Medical Coordinator, you will help ensure the people we support receive quality healthcare services and medical advocacy. This role involves coordinating and attending medical, dental, and specialty appointments, maintaining accurate medical information and records, monitoring treatments and medications, and completing required documentation. You will work closely with healthcare providers, team members, and family members as appropriate to support each person's health and well-being. In addition to healthcare coordination, you will help promote independence, community inclusion, and personal growth while ensuring the health and safety of the people we support. What We're Looking For Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent, Medication Administration Certification, experience supporting people with intellectual or developmental disabilities, and a valid New York State driver's license with an acceptable driving record. Medical Assistant experience and previous work in human services or healthcare settings are preferred. Minimum qualifications may be waived by the Senior Vice President of Administration.
