Overview We are seeking an experienced Nurse Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of an Ambulatory Surgery Center. This role is responsible for staff supervision, operational efficiency, and ensuring the highest standards of patient safety and care in a fast-paced perioperative environment.

PM Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily operations, staffing, and scheduling within the surgery center Supervise and support nursing staff in the OR/perioperative setting Ensure compliance with clinical standards, policies, and safety protocols Collaborate with leadership to maintain efficient workflows and high-quality care Support staff development and foster a positive team environment Participate in quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications:
BSN Degree preferred. RN with Active New York State Nursing license in good standing, BLS, ACLS Three to five years of Supervisory Nursing Leadership within an operating room setting. Experience in an Ambulatory Surgery center environment preferred. Ability to perform effectively in a variety of stressful situations in the OR/peri-operative setting. Demonstrates understanding of a Quality Improvement process.
