As the Rehab Supervisor you are responsible to oversee the inpatient therapy services and clinical supervision of staff. You are responsible for the routine operation of the Program in the absence of the Program Manager. You will assist the Manager in planning and implementing departmental programs and services. You are also responsible for 25%-50% of the caseload or as the hospital census dictates.Responsibilities:
Assist with Performance Improvement activities including data collection and monitoring to identify and resolve problems related to patient care. Responsible for 25-50% patient care caseload within respective discipline. Assist with direct supervision of staff. Develops, monitors and assess their clinical skills. Collaborate with team leaders to direct and monitor inpatient scheduling for therapy programming. Assist Program Manager with identifying and implementing program development opportunities. Maintain licensure requirements for therapy staff as per respective NYS law and regulations.What you will need:
Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree from an accredited school for Occupational Therapy (OTR), Physical Therapy, or Speech Language Pathology Current NYS Licensure in either Occupational Therapy (OTR), Physical Therapist, or Speech Language Pathology. 5 years of clinical hands on experience in i npatient hospital based therapy is preferred. Previous supervisory experience preferred. Demonstrates administrative, organizational, and inter-personal skills necessary to assure a leadership position.Pay Range:
$49.64 - $64.23 Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The pay range may also vary within the stated range based on location.
