Clinic Operations & Growth Coordinator - Future Practice Manager DC Core & Pelvic Therapy | Whitestone, NY | Full-Time Are you organized, outgoing, and confident in sales? DC Core & Pelvic Therapy is a growing cash-based women's health practice seeking a driven team member to help grow the business, support patients, and oversee daily operations. This is not a traditional front desk role. We need someone who can build relationships, convert leads into evaluations, create efficient systems, and take ownership of clinic growth. Responsibilities Answer calls, texts, emails, and patient inquiries Convert leads into scheduled evaluations Discuss pricing and confidently address objections Maintain a full schedule and exceptional patient experience Manage social media, marketing, and community outreach Build referral relationships with local providers and businesses Create and improve systems, workflows, and clinic processes Track leads, conversions, and key clinic metrics
