Per Diem Clinical Supervisor Department:
Children and Family Treatment and Support Services (CFTSS) Position Summary The Clinical Supervisor provides supervision to individuals delivering in-home and community-based services to Medicaid-enrolled youth ages 0-21 under the Medicaid State Plan Children and Family Treatment and Support Services (CFTSS). The Clinical Supervisor delivers trauma-informed, culturally responsive supervision tailored to the needs of the population served. Department Gateway Longview's Behavioral Health & Preventive Services programs supports children and youth ages birth-21 years struggling with behavioral, social, and emotional challenges. Compensation $55 per hour Hours/Schedule Per Diem Professional Development Opportunities Gateway Longview has a strong investment in developing the future leaders of the organization through trainings, advancement opportunities, and a formal leadership pipeline. Position Specific Duties/Responsibilities Provide regularly scheduled individual supervision in a private setting, based on staff role, caseload, and licensing requirements Support Children's Mental Health Clinicians (OLP) with licensed evaluations, diagnostic formulation, and clinical decision-making Ensure fidelity to evidence-based practices and support implementation in the field Support staff in meeting productivity and billing expectations Collaborate with Program Supervisors and Directors regarding staff performance, service delivery, and program needs Provide training and ongoing consultation to CFTSS staff Attend and participate in all required in-service trainings Maintain a flexible schedule to meet supervisee and program needs Adhere to all agency and departmental policies and procedures Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor Effectively collaborate with the client's continuum of care providers to include psychiatric care provider, primary health provider and other involved health care providers
Requirements:
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Knowledge of trauma-informed care principles and ability to apply them in supervision and staff development Demonstrated cultural responsiveness and ability to support diverse populations Knowledge of Medicaid State Plan services, particularly CFTSS, preferred Ability to support and train staff in clinical assessment, diagnosis, and evidence-based practices Strong documentation review and quality assurance skills Ability to analyze outcome data and support performance improvement Effective communication, coaching, and leadership skills Qualifications Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor Diagnostic Privilege (LMHCD) Licensed Psychoanalyst, Licensed Psychologist, or Licensed Psychiatrist required Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant clinical experience Prior supervisory experience preferred An EEO/AA AgencyWe want to emphasize that the preferred qualifications are not required and that we are committed to helping our future colleagues develop these preferred skills.
