Job Description

State Director Position Overview We are seeking a high-energy, detail-oriented State Director to lead our regional operations and expansion. This entry-level corporate leadership role is perfect for a motivated hustler who wants to make a massive impact on patient care and team compliance. You will serve as the primary bridge between providers, clients, and our clinical teams to ensure flawless onboarding and case execution.
State Director Key Tasks & Responsibilities Provider Relations :
Outbound calling to doctors and referral networks to build strong partnerships.
Client Intake :
Managing the initial intake pipeline and guiding new families smoothly through the paperwork process.
Team Collaboration :
Communicating constantly with the onboarding team to streamline client transitions.
Clinical Alignment :
Partnering with the clinical team to make sure everyone is fully on top of their assigned cases.
Strategic Growth :
Developing long-term operational strategy to scale services efficiently across your territory.
Regulatory Compliance :
Overseeing strict compliance protocols to maintain the highest industry standards. Required Travel Must be willing and able to travel to various states 2 times a month to oversee regional markets.
State Director Qualifications & Skills Experience :
Applied Behavior Analysis ( ABA ) experience is highly preferred, but we are open to training the right entry-level candidate.
