Director of Behavioral Health

Coleman Health Services, a nationally recognized not-for-profit mental health and substance use services provider is seeking a full-time Director of Behavioral Health in our Bellefontaine, Ohio office.

Annual salary: $70,000 Health, dental, vision insurance Flex Spending Account Annual Wellness reimbursement Accrue three weeks of paid-time off during first year $2000 staff referral bonus Excellent team environment Highest commitment to quality care Reimbursement for credential renewals Duties include: Administrative and clinical supervision of our behavioral health staff Monitoring the key indicators for the service areas; Coordinating with supervisees and other staff and managers to address continuous improvements; Weekly review of productivity of supervisees; Monthly review of compliance data of supervisees; Participating in key meetings and groups related to those service areas. Qualified candidates will have an LISW-S, LPCC-S, or be able to obtain such licensure in 90 days. Must be willing to obtain or already have the following: an NPI number, an Ohio Medicaid number and a CAQH account. Experience in budgeting and/or program evaluation is also preferred. Salary based on experience and credentials.
