They have a current opening for a Clinical Director to lead clinical operations of an inpatient clinic. Clinical Director - Behavioral Health Opportunity Requirements Active Ohio LISW-S or LPCC-S license. At least 5 years of behavioral health experience, including mental health or substance use disorder treatment. Leadership experience in an inpatient psychiatric hospital, residential treatment center, or SUD treatment program. Clinical Director - Behavioral Health Opportunity Responsibilities Provide clinical leadership and oversight for clinicians and multidisciplinary treatment teams. Ensure compliance with OhioMHAS regulations, HIPAA, payer requirements, and documentation standards. Support quality improvement activities, accreditation readiness, and regulatory survey preparation. The compensation scale listed is a general salary range and is not intended to represent the actual annual or hourly compensation rate for this role.
