  • Full-time We are a high-end, boutique Plastic Surgery and Medical Spa known for delivering concierge-level service to a discerning clientele who expect exceptional results and an elevated experience.
We are seeking an emotionally mature, results-driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, leads by example, and is willing to take a hands-on approach to driving operational success.

This dual-role position is ideal for someone who is just as comfortable delivering a polished, high-touch front desk experience as they are managing the full lifecycle of patient coordination—from initial inquiry through surgical scheduling and post-operative follow-up.

You will be responsible for overseeing all day-to-day front desk operations while working closely with providers to coordinate procedures, optimize scheduling, and drive conversion from consultation to surgery—all while upholding our standards of professionalism, excellence, and profitability.
What You'll Do Front Desk & Office Operations:
Serve as the first point of contact, delivering a white-glove, concierge-level experience to every patient Manage daily front desk operations to ensure a seamless and efficient workflow Answer phones, respond to inquiries, and manage appointment scheduling Maintain a polished, professional front office environment Assist with inventory management and ordering Support overall office operations with a focus on service excellence and team performance
Patient Coordination & Surgical Scheduling:
Respond to all patient and prospective patient inquiries in a timely, professional manner Conduct pre-consultation screening and provide patient education Schedule consultations, procedures, and all pre
