Full-Time Surgical Practice Front Desk Representative / Patient Coordinator Confidential Canton, OH 44718 $21
This dual-role position is ideal for someone who is just as comfortable delivering a polished, high-touch front desk experience as they are managing the full lifecycle of patient coordination—from initial inquiry through surgical scheduling and post-operative follow-up.
You will be responsible for overseeing all day-to-day front desk operations while working closely with providers to coordinate procedures, optimize scheduling, and drive conversion from consultation to surgery—all while upholding our standards of professionalism, excellence, and profitability.

You will be responsible for overseeing all day-to-day front desk operations while working closely with providers to coordinate procedures, optimize scheduling, and drive conversion from consultation to surgery—all while upholding our standards of professionalism, excellence, and profitability.
What You'll Do Front Desk & Office Operations:
Serve as the first point of contact, delivering a white-glove, concierge-level experience to every patient Manage daily front desk operations to ensure a seamless and efficient workflow Answer phones, respond to inquiries, and manage appointment scheduling Maintain a polished, professional front office environment Assist with inventory management and ordering Support overall office operations with a focus on service excellence and team performancePatient Coordination & Surgical Scheduling:
