What You'll Do Greet and assist patients, creating a welcoming and positive first impression Manage scheduling, verify insurance, and coordinate patient flow to ensure smooth operations Answer inbound and outbound calls with professionalism, providing information and support Collect copays, manage patient accounts, and assist clinical staff as needed Partner with the Office Manager to maintain efficient office operations and a positive patient experience Contribute to a culture of teamwork, respect, and patient-first care
