The Manager acts as an instructor, facilitator, and evaluator. The Manager is responsible for overseeing clinical curriculum design, course development, and delivery. The Manager collaborates with system leadership to develop programs specific to clinical needs, such as EMR, clinical skills, and clinical standards. The Manager is responsible for leading the clinical education team to monitor competency programming and evaluation. The Manager will collaborate with department and system leadership to ensure staff, projects, and direction are properly aligned. Responsible for maintaining relationships between Adena and schools of Nursing. Evaluates effectiveness of partnership and recommends improvements.
Minimum Qualifications:
Required Educational Degree:
Master's Degree completed within 3 years of hire
Major/Area of Concentration:
Nursing, Education or other related field
Required Certifications, Credentials and Licenses:
RN - Registered Nursing with Current Ohio License. De-escalation training within 6 months.
Required Experience:
7-10 years Clinical Nursing Experience 3-5 years Previous leadership experience 3-5 years Direct Clinical Education and Training experience Why Caregivers Stay?
