Job Description

Position Summary:
The Partnership Director will lead the national expansion of partnerships across allied healthcare academic programs to drive student enrollment and clinical placement opportunities. This role is responsible for building strategic relationships with healthcare organizations, developing partnerships, and positioning the university's program offerings in a competitive market. The Director will serve as a key external representative of the university while ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements and internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Partnership Development & Market Expansion Identify, engage, and secure strategic partnerships with healthcare organizations nationwide to drive enrollment growth and expand the university's brand presence. Conduct ongoing market analysis to identify new opportunities, industry trends, and competitive positioning. State Authorization Compliance & Clinical Placement Ensure all partnership development with healthcare organizations guarantee to deliver high-quality clinical placements that are in compliance with state authorization requirements and regulatory standards. Program & Market Expertise Develop and maintain deep knowledge of university allied healthcare offerings, including both credit and non-credit certificates and degree programs, to effectively position solutions to prospective partners. Workforce development Drive the development of strategic partnerships with healthcare organizations to address workforce shortages by aligning hiring needs with sustainable talent pipelines, leveraging workforce development initiatives, grant funding, and state and federal resources to support long-term staffing solutions and organizational growth. Industry Engagement & Thought Leadership Actively participate in national healthcare associations, conferences, and industry events to generate opportunities and strengthen market presence. Identify and pursue speaking, sponsorship, and presentation opportunities to position the university as a leader in allied healthcare education. Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with internal stakeholders—including account managers, clinical coordinators, admissions, marketing, and academic leadership—to align partnership strategies with enrollment goals, program delivery, and student outcomes. Team Leadership Support account managers responsible for regional partnership development and enrollment growth, ensuring consistent execution and alignment with national strategy.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree in business, healthcare, or related field preferred 5+ years of experience in healthcare partnerships, business development, or related field 3+ years of experience in healthcare program administration in higher education with clinical student experience Demonstrated success in partnership development, sales, or enrollment growth Experience using CRM systems for pipeline tracking, reporting, and relationship management Strong understanding of allied healthcare programs, workforce trends, and clinical education requirements Knowledge of state authorization and regulatory requirements for program expansion Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced, national environment Willingness and ability to travel nationally
