With established relationships across major regional healthcare systems and a steady pipeline of complex hospital, medical campus, and specialty care projects, they are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead projects ranging from $10M-$100M+ . This opportunity is ideal for a leader who thrives in highly regulated environments, values strong client relationships, and enjoys developing high-performing teams within a collaborative operations group that offers clear long-term advancement. What Makes This Role Stand Out Strong pipeline of healthcare expansions, renovations, and occupied campus work across Central Ohio Long-term project visibility backed by an established Columbus operations group Supportive executive leadership with a mentorship-driven culture Clear promotion pathway into senior operations leadership Fully staffed project teams with strong field and office support Key Responsibilities Lead all phases of healthcare construction projects including preconstruction, budgeting, scheduling, procurement, execution, and closeout Build and maintain strong relationships with owners, healthcare facilities teams, design partners, and consultants Oversee project financials including forecasting, cost control, and risk mitigation Manage project teams including Superintendents, Assistant PMs, and Project Engineers Ensure compliance with healthcare-specific construction standards including ICRA/IPCs, interim life safety measures, and infection control requirements Lead OAC meetings, manage documentation, and drive proactive communication across all stakeholders Mentor and develop emerging project management talent Qualifications 7+ years of Project Management experience with a GC/CM Strong background delivering healthcare construction projects in the $10M-$100M+ range Experience managing phased work within active healthcare or occupied environments Demonstrated leadership and strong owner-facing communication skills Working knowledge of ICRA, interim life safety measures, infection control, and regulated construction environments Procore (or similar PM software) experience preferred Compensation & Benefits $125K-$155K base salary Annual performance bonus + profit sharing Vehicle allowance or company truck program Comprehensive health benefits 401(k) with company match Generous PTO Long-term growth within a stable, well-established Columbus team
