BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking an experienced and dynamic Clinical Manager in our Cuyahoga Falls, OH Home Health office. This Medicare-certified intermittent skilled care office has proudly served the community for the past two years, providing short-term nursing, rehabilitative, therapeutic, and supportive home health services to adults and seniors through personalized one-hour in-home visits. This leadership role is ideal for a motivated Registered Nurse who is passionate about clinical excellence, team development, and patient safety. In this role, you will: Lead, inspire and motivate clinical staff to provide outstanding patient care Conduct clinical assessments and supervisory visits throughout Cuyahoga Falls and the surrounding areas Develop individuated care plans and oversee implementation of services Supervise and support RNs, PT's, OT's SLP's and other field staff Facilitate new hire orientation and onboarding Conduct competency evaluations for both new and tenured staff Review and monitor clinical documentation within Home Care Home Base Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory standards, and quality initiatives

Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years experience as an RN Prior Home Health and OASIS experience required (minimum 1 year) Acute care, medical-surgical, and/or sub-acute experience a plus Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills Ability to build strong relationships with clients, families, and interdisciplinary teams
