Behavioral Health Clinical Supervisor

Clinical Supervisor (LISW-S/LPCC-S) New Vision Health and Wellness - Euclid, OH About Us New Vision Health and Wellness is a growing behavioral health agency serving the Greater Cleveland community. We are committed to providing high-quality, community-based mental health services while building a strong, supportive clinical team. As we continue to expand, we are seeking a licensed Clinical Supervisor to provide leadership, oversight, and clinical guidance to our team. Position Overview We are seeking a licensed Clinical Supervisor to oversee clinical services, support staff development, and ensure the highest standards of care across the organization. This role is ideal for a strong clinician who is passionate about mentorship, quality care, and building effective systems within a growing agency. You will play a critical role in maintaining clinical integrity, supporting providers, and helping shape the future of our services. Key ResponsibilitiesClinical Supervision & Leadership Provide individual and group supervision to therapists and/or case managers (as applicable) Support staff working toward independent licensure Offer clinical guidance, feedback, and coaching to improve client outcomes Address clinical concerns, escalations, and complex cases Quality Assurance & Compliance Review clinical documentation for accuracy, quality, and compliance Ensure adherence to state, federal, and agency guidelines Support audit readiness and implement corrective actions when needed Program Development & Oversight Assist in developing and improving clinical programs and services Collaborate with leadership on policies, procedures, and best practices Identify gaps in services and recommend solutions Staff Development & Training Assist with onboarding and training of new clinical staff Provide ongoing education and support to improve clinical skills Promote a culture of accountability, professionalism, and growth Qualifications Active Ohio license: LISW-S, LPCC-S, or equivalent supervisory credential required Minimum 2-3 years of clinical experience post-licensure Prior supervision experience preferred Strong knowledge of clinical documentation and compliance standards Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills What We're Looking For A confident clinical leader who can support and guide staff Someone who values quality care and accountability A professional who can balance support with high expectations A team-oriented leader who wants to help build and grow a program

Compensation & Benefits Salary:
