Sheridan Dental is looking for a Treatment Coordinator & New Patient Specialist to become one of the most important members of our team. This role is centered around building relationships with patients, understanding their goals, and helping them receive the dental care they need. You'll be the primary point of contact for many of our new patients, creating a welcoming experience from their very first visit. You'll also help existing patients understand their treatment options and find a plan that fits their budget, schedule, and personal goals. What You'll Do Welcome and guide new patients through their first visit. Conduct one-on-one conversations to understand each patient's concerns, goals, and priorities. Build trust and create an exceptional patient experience from start to finish. Present recommended treatment in a clear, confident, and compassionate manner. Help patients find financial solutions and scheduling options that make treatment achievable. Follow up with patients who have outstanding treatment questions or have delayed care. Proactively review our dental software to identify patients with unscheduled treatment and reach out to help them get scheduled. Work closely with doctors and clinical team members to coordinate patient care. Check patients in and out of appointments. Answer phones and assist with front office responsibilities. Help keep the schedule productive and ensure patients receive outstanding service. We're Looking For Someone Who Is Friendly, warm, and genuinely enjoys helping people. An excellent communicator who can explain information clearly and confidently. Empathetic and able to understand each patient's unique concerns. Self-motivated and comfortable taking initiative without constant direction. Organized and detail-oriented. Comfortable discussing finances and helping patients make informed decisions. Professional, positive, and dependable. A team player who enjoys contributing to a supportive office culture. Experience Dental experience is required, especially in treatment coordination, patient care, or front office administration. Experience with dental practice management software is also required.
