Job Description

Job Description Damron Chiropractic & Wellness is seeking a Full-Time Front Desk / Patient Care Coordinator to support a fast-paced healthcare office. This role is focused on front desk operations, patient flow, and scheduling . The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, comfortable with a busy environment, and able to communicate clearly with patients and staff. This position is task-driven and hands-on , not observational. Key Responsibilities Answer incoming phone calls and schedule patients Greet and check patients in and out Collect payments and follow clearly defined payment policies Maintain accurate scheduling and patient records Support daily front desk flow and organization Communicate effectively with clinical and administrative staff What This Role Is NOT Not an office manager role Not a clinical or therapy position Not a "float" or shadowing position Not remote Ideal Candidate Comfortable in a busy healthcare office Reliable and punctual Confident speaking with patients Able to follow systems and processes Willing to ask questions and take direction Prior front desk or medical office experience is a plus (but not required) Requirements Strong communication and organizational skills Basic computer skills Ability to multitask in a patient-facing environment Must be comfortable enforcing payment policies as directed Benefits Paid training Employee discount on services Supportive team environment Predictable schedule How to Apply Please apply through Indeed. Pay:
