Job Description
Our growing dental practice is seeking an energetic individual for 5 days a week (Mon-Friday). Join our dynamic dental team as a Patient Care Coordinator, where your enthusiasm and organizational skills will directly enhance patient experiences and streamline clinic operations. In this vital role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for patients, ensuring they receive compassionate support from their initial appointment through follow-up care. Your proactive approach will help foster a welcoming environment, improve communication, and support the delivery of exceptional healthcare services. Duties Be punctual. Working with dental software (Dentrix Ascend). Patient check in/check out. Scheduling and confirming appointments. Collect and verify patient information, including insurance details and medical histories Assisting with other Front Desk functions. Communicating effectively with patients (good customer service skills). Communicating and coordinating well with all team members. Maintain a clean, organized reception area and ensure all administrative tasks adhere to privacy regulations and clinic policies. Experience Experience is preferred. Good communication and organizational skills.
