Job Description

Silver Maple Recovery is a full continuum dual-diagnosis SUD treatment provider in Lorain county. Offering inpatient, outpatient and sober living programming, our staff have multiple opportunities for ongoing clinical development and career advancement commensurate with continued program expansion. We are seeking an experienced professional to join our growing evidence-based addiction treatment program. Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. 1. Provide clinical services within our day-time Partial Hospitalization, Intensive Outpatient, and or short-term residential addiction treatment programs. 2. Conduct diagnostic assessments. 3. Provide group and individual counseling. 4. 60% productivity to be spent providing direct service 5. Develop, with participation of and input from the client, an individualized treatment plan that is pertinent the client's diagnosis and which addresses clinical needs and identified in the assessment. 6. Plan, facilitate, and document treatment groups including but not limited to educational, process, family, and activities groups in a manner which is understandable to the client and which corresponds to the client's treatment plan. 7. Ensure timeliness of clients to and from meals, groups, individual therapy, and program activities, meetings in accordance with daily schedule. 8. Support program staff with maintenance of therapeutic milieu and enforcement of and accountability for rules and guidelines as outlined in handbook. 9. May assist in the administration and performance of urine collection and breathalyzer testing in accordance with policies and procedures. 10. Communicate concerning client behavior to appropriate staff in a manner which staff fully understands. 11. Assist in crisis intervention as appropriate in accordance to policy and procedures. 12. Maintain appropriate documentation in EMR system within in accordance with SMR policies and procedures. 13. Attend and participate in all trainings, clinical meetings, and supervision groups during and outside of working hours as required by the Clinical Director. 14. Interact with and supervise clients during onsite leisure and recreational activities in a manner which protects client confidentiality and supports client care. 15. Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Qualifications:
This role requires, at minimum, an LSW or LPC. Independent licensure is preferred. The qualified candidate will be knowledgeable about the disease of addiction, passionate about recovery, and enjoy working in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary team setting. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Certificates and Licenses:
Minimum of LSW or LPC required. Current TB test Valid driver's license
Knowledge, Skills and Other Abilities:
Oral and written communication skills Professionalism Ability to effectively document in EMR Ability to perform in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary team environment
