Patient Coordinator for Medical Dermatology Moksha Dermatology Montgomery, OH Job Details Full-time $14 - $16 an hour 22 hours ago Qualifications Electronic health records (EHR) management Medical office experience Medical scheduling Administrative experience Medical administrative support Patient interaction Handling patient inquiries Full Job Description Job Description Moksha Dermatology is seeking a highly organized and professional Patient Care Coordinator to join our team. This position is responsible for managing patient phone calls, scheduling appointments, coordinating referrals, handling faxes, following up with patient inquiries and leads, and supporting daily front office operations to ensure an excellent patient experience. Responsibilities Answer incoming calls professionally and efficiently Schedule, reschedule, and confirm patient appointments Follow up with leads and patient inquiries submitted through the website and other marketing channels Assist patients with questions regarding appointments, insurance, and office policies Manage incoming and outgoing faxes Process and coordinate patient referrals and authorizations Communicate with referring providers and outside offices as needed Accurately document patient information and messages Maintain organization of patient records and administrative tasks Support front office operations and assist the team as needed Provide exceptional customer service and maintain professionalism at all times Qualifications Previous medical office, dermatology, or healthcare experience preferred Strong communication and phone skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Strong organizational and administrative skills Experience with EMR/EHR systems preferred Professional, dependable, and team-oriented attitude
Pay:
$14.00 - $16.00 per hour
