We are searching for an experienced behavioral healthcare executive who is passionate about developing people, strengthening clinical services, and ensuring individuals receive high-quality care. The ideal candidate is a collaborative leader who sees beyond day-to-day operations. You are a trusted coach, a thoughtful decision-maker, and someone who believes that investing in people, building strong systems, and fostering accountability leads to exceptional outcomes for both employees and the individuals they serve. What You'll Do Lead multiple clinical service areas while supporting operational excellence, quality improvement, and organizational performance. Coach, mentor, and develop leaders, creating a culture built on trust, accountability, collaboration, and professional growth. Partner with senior leadership to establish strategic priorities and achieve organizational goals. Evaluate program performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement sustainable solutions that enhance quality and efficiency. Ensure services are delivered in compliance with applicable regulatory, accreditation, and funding requirements. Monitor key performance measures and use data to support informed decision-making and continuous organizational success. Build strong relationships with healthcare providers, community organizations, and other key stakeholders. Champion ethical leadership, employee engagement, and a client-centered approach to service delivery. What You Bring We're seeking an accomplished leader with a successful track record of guiding teams through growth, change, and operational excellence.
Qualified candidates will possess:
An independent Ohio behavioral health license (LISW-S, LPCC-S, LICDC-CS, or equivalent). Five or more years of progressive leadership experience in behavioral healthcare or a related healthcare setting. Experience leading managers and multidisciplinary teams across multiple clinical programs or service areas. Strong knowledge of behavioral healthcare operations, regulatory compliance, accreditation standards, and quality improvement principles. Excellent communication, relationship-building, and leadership skills. The ability to think strategically while remaining engaged in supporting leaders and strengthening organizational performance.
