About the Role Thrive Brain and Mind is a growing psychiatric practice in Powell, Ohio. We're looking for a dependable, take-charge Front Desk / Patient Care Coordinator to be the first point of contact for our patients and a hands-on part of patient care. This is more than a reception job — you'll run the front office and assist with patients during treatment days. What You'll Do Front office: Answer incoming calls and return voicemails promptly Schedule, reschedule, and confirm patient appointments Greet and check in patients Verify insurance and collect patient information Handle patient messages and route them to the right provider Patient care (we'll train you): Take and record vitals such as blood pressure before and after treatment sessions Help room patients and get them settled for their appointments Assist with patient monitoring and check-ins during in-office treatment sessions Support the providers with day-to-day clinical tasks as needed What We're Looking For Minimum 1 year of front desk, medical office, or patient-facing experience Available to start immediately Comfortable taking vitals or willing to be trained Excellent phone manner and communication skills Reliable, organized, and comfortable wearing multiple hats Comfortable learning scheduling/EHR software (we'll train you) Compensation & Schedule Competitive hourly pay, based on experience Full-time, Monday-Friday • (Maybe Sat if needed) To apply: Submit your resume.
