401K and 401K Matching flexible hours, mileage reimbursement, phone allowance Responsibilities The Behavioral Health Program Manager position may include the following, as well as other duties assigned: Perform all work in a manner consistent with the National Youth Advocate Program's mission, values, and philosophies. Provides administration coordination for program contracts while aggressively seeking the growth and expansion in the local market(s) through relationships with key stakeholders. Provides clinical coordination for regional services, individual, family and group counseling, and individual supervision of all staff as assigned. Oversees Diagnostic Assessments, treatment plan development, attend treatment team meetings, and any other meetings on behalf of the client. Reviews and signs off on all paperwork generated by the Treatment Coordinators, Treatment Advocates, and Clinicians. Leads clinical team of multi-professionals and trains and supports team members in the region. Works with Treatment Coordinators in coordinating services for youth obtained in the community, including mental health, medical, educational, psychological, vocational, and social services. Coordinate all intake services, initial paperwork, and documentation. Maintain productivity standards on a monthly basis. Makes public appearances and presentations as requested. Provides on-call services if necessary and works with children, adults, and families as necessary or assigned. Work collaboratively with other NYAP programs and staff throughout the organization. Submit weekly reports to the Executive Director. Perform all duties in accordance with personnel policies and the program's fiscal guidelines. Minimum Qualifications Master's Degree in Social Work or comparable Human Services field from an accredited institution. Leadership experience. Must hold a professional and valid licensure: LISW-S, LPCC-S, or LMFT. Relevant experience working with individuals being served through the child welfare and/or juvenile justice system. Proficient use of desktop and laptop computers, smart phones and tablets, printers, fax machines and photocopiers as well as software including word processing, spreadsheet, and database programs. Other Skills Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license. Some travel is required. Must be open and willing to work non-traditional work hours as well as on-call responsibilities. Must be able to embrace working as a diverse team both effectively and respectfully with persons of any background, race, color, religion, sexual orientation, ability, national origin, or culture. Provide excellent internal and external customer service. Must possess good verbal, listening, and written communication skills.
