  • 70/hour + performance bonuses Solon, OH (with opportunities across Northeast Ohio locations) Full-Time | No Nights or Weekends We're expanding our clinical team.
At Gameday Men's Health Solon, we're growing—and looking to add a hormone-experienced provider who can help lead both clinical care and day-to-day team execution. This is not a passive provider role. This is for someone who is comfortable making decisions, guiding a team, and owning patient outcomes. What You'll Do Lead new patient consultations and follow-ups with confidence Interpret labs (testosterone, estradiol, PSA, metabolic markers, and other hormone markers) and make independent clinical decisions Develop and manage TRT and hormone optimization protocols Prescribe and oversee therapies (TRT, GLP-1, ED treatments, vitamins, MSK, and other approved clinical treatments) Perform injections and in-office procedures Provide direction to clinical support staff (MAs, front desk) during patient flow Help maintain clinical standards, protocols, and consistency of care Step in as a point of leadership within the clinic Be a proactive part of marketing, advertising, and video content for the clinic Participate and be visible in the community to help build brand awareness and referral relationships Take ownership of all clinical processes and team development Continue education and knowledge of new protocols, products, and DEA/FDA adjustments to current practices What We're Looking For Licensed NP or PA in Ohio Direct experience with TRT / hormone optimization (required) Strong ability to interpret labs and adjust treatment plans independently Strong ability to establish, develop, and optimize pharmacy relationships Prior experience leading, mentoring, or guiding a team in a clinical setting Comfortable making real-time clinical and operational decisions A provider who takes ownership—not someone who waits to be told what to do Important
  • Please Read Before Applying This role requires hands-on experience with hormone therapy (TRT).
Applicants without direct experience managing testosterone therapy, interpreting labs, and adjusting protocols will not be considered.
