As a ProMedica Physician Office Supervisor, you play a critical role in the support of your department and staff. You ensure the practice runs smoothly and efficiently while fostering a collaborative environment prioritizing patient care and staff satisfaction. You will provide oversight for scheduling and payroll as well as track physician vacation time. You will also keep records of staff continuing education and certification. In this role, you work with the physician/manager to develop and implement department policies, systems, and processes to promote both quality and efficiency. You will also help develop and monitor office budgets. With this leadership position, you will prepare staff performance reviews and hold staff accountable to performance and service standards.
