Job Details Kettering Health Main Campus | Kettering | Full-Time | Nights Responsibilities & Requirements The Health Unit Coordinator supports patient care and operational reliability by facilitating communication, managing administrative processes, and ensuring accurate documentation within the nursing unit. This role serves as a central resource for staff, patients, and families, contributing to patient safety, access, and regulatory compliance. Performs other duties as assigned. All job responsibilities are to be carried out in alignment with Kettering Health's mission, vision, values, and B Safe program.

None required.6 months of experience in a healthcare, administrative, or customer service role.

CPR certification. Preferred Qualifications Completion of a Health Unit Coordinator certificate program or coursework in medical terminology. Experience in a medical environment or with electronic health record (EHR) systems. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. Certification from the National Association of Health Unit Coordinators (NAHUC).
