Job Description

Make a Difference in Behavioral Health Leadership The Counseling Center is seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinical Supervisor to provide leadership, clinical oversight, and professional development to our team. This position offers an opportunity to directly impact client outcomes while supporting and mentoring clinicians in a collaborative, mission-driven environment. Now offering flexible scheduling!!
Essential Responsibilities:
Provide clinical supervision to independently and dependently licensed behavioral health staff. Review and monitor clinical documentation to ensure quality, compliance, and timely completion. Support staff development through coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback. Assist with clinical training and professional development activities. Ensure compliance with Ohio Mental Health and Addiction Services (OhioMHAS), Medicaid, Medicare, CARF, and agency standards. Provide consultation regarding client care, treatment planning, risk assessment, and crisis intervention. Monitor caseload management, productivity expectations, and service quality. Participate in quality improvement initiatives and program development. Collaborate with agency leadership to support organizational goals and service excellence. Maintain a clinical caseload.
