About Us At Landrum ENT, we provide comprehensive ear, nose, and throat care—including allergy and hearing services—to Ada and the surrounding communities. About the Role We are seeking a mature, reliable, service-driven team member to join our practice. This position will start part-time, with the opportunity to grow into a full-time role for the right person. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys helping people, and can seamlessly balance administrative, financial, and support responsibilities. Attention to detail, strong communication skills, and comfort with technology are essential. What You'll Do Answer incoming calls and assist patients with professionalism and care Schedule appointments according to practice protocols Enter and verify patient demographic and insurance information Perform insurance eligibility and benefits verification Ensure all required referrals are received prior to appointments Route faxes and manage documentation within the EHR Scan and manage patient documents, including insurance cards Collect payments and provide receipts Process incoming and outgoing referrals
