Featherstone Residential Care of Miami Featherstone Residential Care of Miami is seeking a strong, compassionate leader to serve as our Facility Administrator. We are looking for someone who leads by example, supports their team, maintains regulatory compliance, and is passionate about providing quality resident care in a positive environment. This position requires a motivated professional who can effectively oversee daily operations, staff management, resident satisfaction, and state compliance while fostering a culture of teamwork and accountability. Requirements Must hold one of the following: Oklahoma Residential Care/Assisted Living Administrator License OR Oklahoma Long-Term Care/Nursing Home Administrator License Previous leadership experience in long-term care, residential care, or assisted living preferred Strong knowledge of Oklahoma state regulations and compliance requirements Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills Ability to manage staff, resident needs, and daily operations effectively Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day facility operations Ensure compliance with Oklahoma state regulations and survey readiness Lead and support department managers and staff Maintain high standards of resident care and customer service Assist with staffing, scheduling, hiring, and employee accountability Address resident and family concerns professionally Monitor documentation, policies, and operational procedures Help foster a positive team culture and strong work environment What We Offer Competitive salary Supportive ownership and leadership team Opportunity for growth and advancement PTO benefits available for eligible employees Healthcare Ability to make a meaningful impact in residents' lives
