Position Summary We are seeking an experienced, motivated, and compassionate Assisted Living Administrator to oversee the daily operations of our community. The Administrator is responsible for ensuring regulatory compliance, managing staff, supporting resident satisfaction, maintaining occupancy goals, and fostering a positive environment for residents, families, and employees. Responsibilities Oversee daily operations of the assisted living community Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations Supervise and support department managers and staff Manage staffing, scheduling, hiring, and employee performance Maintain resident satisfaction and quality of care standards Coordinate admissions, tours, and move-ins Monitor budgets, expenses, and financial performance Ensure accurate documentation and reporting Maintain positive relationships with residents, families, physicians, vendors, and referral sources Lead staff meetings, training, and in-services Prepare for and participate in state surveys and inspections Qualifications Must have a current Oklahoma Assisted Living/Residential Care Administrator License Long-Term Care Administrator license accepted Previous assisted living, residential care, or long-term care management experience preferred Strong leadership and communication skills Knowledge of state regulations and compliance requirements Ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment Compassionate, professional, and team-oriented attitude Benefits Competitive salary Paid time off Health, dental, and vision insurance options Supportive team environment Opportunity for growth within a family-owned organization
