Shawnee & Midtown Pediatric Dentistry is looking for an experienced Dental Practice Administrator / Financial & Treatment Coordinator / Insurance Specialist to join our team! If you have a strong background in dental front-office operations, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and love working with families, we want to meet you.
Job Details Hours:
Part-Time / Full-Time Hybrid ( 32 hours per week )
Locations:
Serving our Shawnee and Midtown offices
Requirement:
Must have previous dental front-office experience and love kids and dogs :) (Pediatric dental experience is a major plus but not required! We also have a therapy dog on site each day!)
Key Responsibilities Operational & Front Office Oversight Team & Compliance Management Treatment Coordinating:
Helping present treatment plans to parents, explaining dental benefits, and discussing payment options clearly and compassionately.
Financial Management:
Helping with handling patient billing, collecting co-pays, payments, and setting up payment schedules as well as working hand-in-hand with our billing company.
Front Desk Support:
Assisting with scheduling, answering phones, and ensuring a warm, welcoming environment for our young patients and their parents. Proven experience handling dental insurance, billing, and treatment presentations. Familiarity with dental practice management software Excellent communication skills—you can break down complex insurance jargon into simple terms for parents. A positive, team-oriented attitude and strong organizational skills. Pay:
$17.00 - $27.00 per hour
