Hearing Health Care, Inc., is seeking a full-time Patient Care Coordinator to join our front office team at our Shawnee, OK location. What You'll Be Responsible For Greeting patients and visitors with warmth and professionalism Answering incoming calls and converting inquiries into scheduled appointments Managing patient records and entering accurate information Handling invoices, payments, and insurance verification Maintaining strong relationships with patients, vendors, and team members Keeping the front office running efficiently and proactively What We're Looking For 1+ year of medical office experience (required) High school diploma or equivalent Strong written and verbal communication skills Detail-oriented and organized Reliable attendance and punctuality Ability to stay calm and pleasant in a fast-paced environment A self-starter who takes ownership and solves problems independently Flexible and adaptable — no two days are exactly the same Compensation & Benefits Starting wage at $15.00 (based on experience) Generous Paid Time Off allowances Supportive, respectful team culture A workplace that values kindness, professionalism, and growth We believe exceptional patient care starts with how we treat our team.
