Job Description

The Clinical Outcomes Coordinator provides coordination and support to the performance improvement initiatives within the agency. This role works with multiple programs to enhance clinical quality, safety, internal outcomes, and external reporting outcomes. This coordinator dedicates structured time to evaluating GRAND's performance on clinical measures and provides feedback to initiate ideas for improved process and procedure. This role reports to the Program Director of Clinical Compliance and collaborates with leaders in agency programs to align clinical priorities with organizational goals. This position is responsible and held accountable for the following duties: Reviewing and analyzing data for all clinical outcome measurements, including
ETPS, HEDIS, SPA
Measures, MCOs, and additional outcomes assigned by Executive Team. Preparing reports and leading performance improvement efforts based on trends and responsive triggers. Meet with agency leadership to discuss potential action plans and further knowledge and attention to CQI initiatives and outcome measures. Provide weekly and monthly updates on outcome measures and integrate Corrective Action Plans approved and managed by PD of Administrative Compliance. Collaborate with multiple programs to ensure attention and energy is exerted towards performance improvement and CQI. Work with compliance team to ensure regulatory readiness through ongoing monitoring and preparation. Use outcome metrics to evaluate project success and inform future initiatives. Prepare protocols or policy and procedure for review as a part of performance improvement and outcome measurement initiatives. Leading work groups with staff and clients to ensure that feedback is received to inform innovation of processes. Mentor staff to develop skills in data analysis, project management, and quality assurance. Foster a culture of innovation and accountability within the agency. Knowledge of accreditation standards and governmental rules and regulations pertaining to CCBHC standards, accreditation processes (i.e., CARF, OHCA, ODMHSAS, etc.) mental health and substance use disorder treatment services, and state / federal regulatory frameworks. Responsibility to promptly update and inform Program Director of Clinical Compliance of any concerns regarding clinical outcomes that fall below expectations to ensure GRAND remains in compliance with required measurements with external entities. Strong data analysis, performance measurement, and process improvement skills. Commitment to GRAND's mission of accessible, person-centered, and high-quality behavioral healthcare. Display excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing. Skilled in continuous quality improvement (CQI) methodologies, data analysis, project management, regulatory standards, staff training, and outcome measurement is required. Skilled in utilizing Microsoft products including Outlook, Excel, Lists, SharePoint, Loop, and Teams
