Schedule:
Full-Time, Monday-ThursdayPay:
$20-$26 per hour (based on experience) Are you someone who genuinely enjoys helping people? Do you take pride in providing outstanding customer service and making others feel welcome? Our busy, privately owned dental practice is seeking a friendly, organized, and service-oriented Patient Care Coordinator to join our team. We are a well-established practice with 2 doctors and 4 hygienists who are committed to providing exceptional dental care in a positive, supportive environment. As one of the first people our patients interact with, you'll play an important role in creating the outstanding experience our practice is known for. What You'll Do Create an exceptional experience for every patient from the moment they arrive or call our office Build lasting relationships with our patients and help them feel welcomed and cared for Coordinate and maintain full doctor and hygiene schedules Answer incoming calls, schedule appointments, and assist patients with questions Work closely with our clinical team to keep each day running smoothly Perform general front office administrative duties What We're Looking For Friendly, professional, and dependable Outstanding customer service and communication skills Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Positive attitude and a team-first mindset Someone who enjoys building relationships and helping others Dental experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right person with exceptional customer service skills and a willingness to learn.
