Full Job Description Client Services Coordinator Still Waters Counseling Services, LLC Pay:
$19.00-$25.00 per hour (DOE)

Schedule:
We are hiring either one full-time or two part-time team members. Join Our Team Still Waters Counseling Services is a growing, trauma-informed mental health practice dedicated to providing compassionate, person-centered care. We're looking for a warm, organized, and dependable Client Services Coordinator who enjoys helping others and wants to make a meaningful difference in people's lives every day. As the first point of contact for many of our clients, you'll play an essential role in creating a welcoming, supportive experience while helping our clinicians provide exceptional care. If you're someone who thrives in a collaborative environment, enjoys solving problems, and takes pride in keeping things organized, we'd love to meet you. What You'll Do Every day is a little different, but your responsibilities may include: Answering incoming phone calls with professionalism, warmth, and empathy Scheduling appointments for new and existing clients Greeting clients and creating a welcoming office environment Responding to emails and client inquiries promptly Coordinating communication between clients and clinicians Collecting and verifying demographic and insurance information Maintaining accurate client records in our electronic health record (SimplePractice experience is a plus) Processing record requests and other administrative tasks Keeping the front office organized and running smoothly Protecting client confidentiality and maintaining HIPAA compliance Schedule & Work Environment We're looking to hire either one full-time or two part-time Client Services Coordinators.
Required in-office hours:
Monday through Friday | 2:00 PM - 6:00 PM Additional scheduled hours may be completed in a hybrid (remote/in-office) capacity after successful training and based on clinic needs. What We're Looking For The ideal candidate is someone who: Loves providing exceptional customer service Is friendly, compassionate, and professional Communicates clearly in person, over the phone, and in writing Is highly organized and detail-oriented Can successfully manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Takes initiative and follows tasks through to completion Works well independently while being a supportive team member Is comfortable learning new technology Preferred Qualifications Previous receptionist or administrative experience Experience in a medical, behavioral health, or healthcare setting Experience using an electronic health record (SimplePractice preferred) Familiarity with Google Workspace and Slack Why Join Still Waters Counseling Services?
