Hospitality Lead

You will host guests in semi-private tastings, driving wine sales through engaging, educational, and relationship-focused experiences. Success in this role comes from a strong understanding of daily operations, promotions, and service protocols, along with a deep and growing knowledge of our wines, vineyards, and guiding philosophies. A passion for hospitality, curiosity around service etiquette and culinary offerings, and a proactive, team-oriented mindset will set you up to thrive and grow in this position.

We re hiring for a full-time seasonal position with the potential for long-term placement on the team. This role is not a management position.

JOB DUTIES

Setup and conduct tasting and VIP experiencesDrive sales and membership enrollment through personalized guest engagement and clear communication of program valueWork with team to turn tables and manage incoming guest reservationsMaintain ample supply of soft goods needed to facilitate tastings and host guests, communicating needs to managerExecute guest follow up emails, calls, and postcards promptly when neededOversee and/or execute opening and closing proceduresHelp with tasting room maintenance and repairs as neededMaintain and uphold all safety and sanitization protocolsWork onsite and off-site events

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Food Handlers certification requiredOLCC service permit required

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and work outdoors in varying weather conditions including warm and cold months. Flexible schedule availability including weekends, holidays, and some evenings
