What You'll Do:

What We're Looking For:

1+ year of customer service experience (healthcare experience a plus, but not required!) Strong communication skills with the ability to interact professionally and courteously with patients Tech-savvy with basic computer skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly A positive, can-do attitude and the ability to stay organized under pressure
