Overview Shasta Acupuncture and Herbal Wellness is seeking a friendly, organized, and dependable Patient Care Coordinator / Front Desk Manager to join our team. This position serves as the primary point of contact for our patients and plays an essential role in creating a welcoming, professional, and efficient clinic environment. We are looking for someone who enjoys helping people, communicates clearly and professionally, pays attention to detail, and is interested in becoming a long-term member of our clinic team. Responsibilities Welcome and assist patients in a professional and caring manner Answer telephone calls, voicemail messages, emails, and online inquiries Schedule, reschedule, and confirm patient appointments Check patients in and out of the clinic and ensure treatment rooms are ready for use Collect copays, deductibles, coinsurance, and other patient payments Verify and update insurance information Communicate with insurance companies and our billing service as needed Maintain patient records and clinic documentation Assist with inventory management and supply ordering Support daily clinic operations and administrative tasks Help ensure a positive patient experience from the first phone call through checkout
Pay:
$20.00 - $25.00 per hour
