Beam Aesthetics is a growing medical aesthetics practice committed to delivering exceptional patient care in a warm, welcoming, and elevated environment. We're seeking a Patient Care Coordinator who genuinely enjoys connecting with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in creating an outstanding patient experience. What You'll Do:
As our Patient Care Coordinator, you'll be the first impression of Beam Aesthetics and play an important role in keeping the clinic running smoothly.
Responsibilities include:
Welcome patients and create an exceptional experience from check-in through checkout. Answer phones, texts, and emails with professionalism and warmth. Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments while helping maintain efficient provider schedules. Process payments and assist patients with memberships, treatment packages, and retail skincare purchases. Support patient education by explaining services, the consultation process, and provider recommendations within established guidelines. Maintain accurate patient records and ensure required forms are completed. Monitor inventory and assist with retail merchandising and clinic organization. Collaborate closely with providers and teammates to deliver a seamless patient experience. Support practice growth through patient outreach, review requests, and occasional marketing initiatives.

Calm under pressure and comfortable in a fast-paced environment. A proactive problem solver who enjoys taking initiative. A dependable teammate with excellent communication skills. Passionate about customer service and creating memorable experiences.
Preferred Qualifications:
Customer service, hospitality, retail, medical office, or aesthetic practice experience. Experience in medical aesthetics, dermatology, cosmetic healthcare, or skincare is a plus. Experience using scheduling or practice management software (Boulevard experience is a plus). Comfortable learning new technology and software systems. Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills are preferred but not required. Why Beam Aesthetics?
